Hi, I'm Ritika Jatin Ahuja, and I’m excited to share my journey as a mompreneur with you. Balancing my roles as a mother, a businesswoman, and a community builder has been challenging, but incredibly rewarding. I founded the Queens Drive Club, India's first supercar owners club for women, because I saw a need for a community where women who love supercars could connect and share their passion. Supercars have always fascinated me, and I knew there were many other women out there who felt the same way but didn’t have a platform to express it. Queens Drive Club has become a vibrant community, bringing together women from different backgrounds who share a common love for supercars. It’s empowering to see these women come together, support each other, and celebrate their shared interest. In addition to the Queens Drive Club, I am the Chief Operating Officer of Big Boy Toyz, a leading luxury car dealership in India. My role involves overseeing the operations, driving growth, and ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible. Working in the luxury car industry, which is traditionally male-dominated, has its challenges. However, it’s also incredibly rewarding. I've worked hard to prove myself and earn respect in this field. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and I love the dynamic nature of my work. Being a woman in a male-dominated industry like luxury automobiles isn’t always easy. There have been times when I’ve faced skepticism and doubt. But I’ve learned to navigate these challenges with determination and resilience. I believe that competence and passion can overcome any prejudice. My journey in this industry has been about breaking stereotypes and showing that women can excel and lead, no matter the field. It’s important to me to be a role model for other women who aspire to enter this industry. One of the most critical aspects of my life is my family. Despite my demanding schedule, I prioritize spending quality time with my kids and family. Balancing work and family life is about careful planning and setting priorities. I believe that being present for my family is just as important as my professional responsibilities. My children are my inspiration, and spending time with them keeps me grounded and motivated. I want to empower women to break barriers and follow their passions. Seeing the impact of my work on the community is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to keep pushing forward. I believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting each other in our journeys. My journey as a mompreneur has taught me that with passion, hard work, and a clear vision, anything is possible. I’m committed to making a positive impact through my work and inspiring others to do the same.
